Audit checklist

• Confirm equipment is recorded in inventory with location and owner.
• Review equipment siting risk assessments.
• Walk the site and inspect equipment placement.
• Check screens for public, visitor, or unauthorized viewing exposure.
• Check network and communications equipment access controls.
• Check environmental hazards such as heat, water, dust, vibration, chemicals, fire, and interference.
• Check housekeeping rules around food, drink, smoking, clutter, and equipment handling.
• Confirm remote equipment is included in scope and risk assessment.
• Interview staff on proper equipment use and protection.
• Confirm findings and actions are tracked.
