Use this checklist to control deliveries, collections, loading bays, and goods movement into or out of secure areas.

Checklist

• Delivery or collection is expected or authorized.
• Driver identity and vehicle details are recorded where appropriate.
• Delivery/loading area is separated from secure areas.
• Delivery staff cannot access secure areas without authorization/escort.
• Incoming goods are inspected for unexpected or suspicious items.
• Outgoing goods/despatches are authorized.
• Relevant assets are updated in the asset inventory.
• Goods are not left unattended in secure areas.
• Exceptions are recorded and escalated.
