Inspection checklist
- Fire extinguishers are accessible and in date.
- Fire doors are not propped open.
- Critical equipment is not exposed to pipe leaks or water ingress.
- Server/network rooms have appropriate cooling and power resilience.
- Paper or combustible materials are not stored unsafely.
- Emergency exits and access routes are clear.
- Flood, leak, smoke, heat, or environmental sensors are functioning where required.
- Neighboring-premises hazards remain unchanged or are reassessed.
- Backup/fallback assumptions remain valid.
- Findings are assigned to owners and tracked.
