Checklist

• Printers handling sensitive information are in controlled locations.
• Pull printing is enabled or available where required.
• Staff know how to use secure printing.
• Sensitive print jobs are not left unattended.
• Output trays are checked and cleared.
• Fax machines receiving sensitive information are in secure locations.
• Fax output is checked regularly where fax is still used.
• Disposal bins near printers are secure where needed.
